Messages you type into the website chat are processed by Anthropic's Claude service to generate replies. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat. It is an automated assistant — not a person — and it is not a substitute for speaking with Rick directly.

Photos you send are used only to help evaluate your vehicle's damage and prepare for your consultation. We do not publish them publicly or use them for marketing without your permission.
